Returns & Refunds

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Return requests must be made within the allowed return window from delivery.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. The amount is credited to the original payment method, and a confirmation email is sent.

Returns that do not meet the required conditions will not be accepted. Items must remain in original condition to qualify for return approval.

The refund amount reflects the product value after verification. It is processed only after confirming the returned item meets all eligibility conditions.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. A confirmation email is shared once the order is dispatched. 

Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after dispatch. Timelines may vary based on location and external delivery conditions.  

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is processed. Please ensure all details are accurate during checkout.  

Delays may occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances. Every effort is made to ensure timely delivery within the expected timeframe. 

Order & Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before processing or dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but eligible returns can be requested. 

Only one payment method can be used per transaction to ensure a smooth and secure checkout process.

Orders cannot be modified once confirmed. You may cancel the order before processing and place a new one if required.  

Incorrect details cannot be updated after processing. It is important to review all information carefully before completing the order.
