Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

If your order qualifies for cancellation, the full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after the product has been delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Modification

At present, we do not provide the option to modify items or addresses after an order has been placed. You will need to cancel the order (if it is eligible) and place a new order.
